  1. This sounds like a really interesting topic, and I'm excited to learn more about it. Maybe it's because I don;t know a lot on the subject, but your thesis statement is a little hard to understand. I might try rephrasing it a little. All in all though it look pretty good and I'm sure it'll be a great paper!

  2. I really like this topic, I'm sure there is plenty of reasons and evidence to support it too. Good work!

  3. Great picture, but I think he almost looks sad. I also agree with your topic. We need to be more careful with what we say on the internet and things like it. I'm interested to see how your story develops. Go Rockford

  4. I hope I'm understanding this correctly, but in one of my communications class we've been talking a lot about the media, and especially the effects on youth/teenagers. You could easily connect this to online bullying, and even the many suicides connected to that. The increase in technology and dependency in online communication, (whether through texting, Facebook, etc...) affects our every day lives and forces things like schools to change their methods for teaching students. Laptops, online forums, and blogs (haha) are just a few examples.

  5. Heather-The thesis does need a bit of work.
Johnny-I will try to find plenty of evidence. This is a big problem in today's society.
Tanner-He does look a bit sad.
Rachel-This is sort of the same problem. Mine is a more general anger, whereas cyberbullying has a target. Cyberbullying is a problem, but I find this one of the least offensive of our problems as the ability to turn the computer off is easy. However, this is still a problem in our society. If I were parents of these 14, 15, and 16-year old children I would monitor their internet activity and limit their ability to chat online. Allowing children to be unmonitored on the internet is a problem inherently. But back to the original point, anger on the internet is a problem.
